Additional Charges:
Extra Adults $25.00 per person per night.
Extra Children aged 5 and over $25.00 per person per night, with children 0-4 free.  Cot/Rollaway hire is available.
Maximum of 3 persons in the 1 bedroom units and 4 persons in the 2 bedroom units.
Apartments are serviced weekly.

Checkin Time is 1.30pm and Checkout time is 9.30am.

Cancellation Policy:
Last minute bookings require full payment of accommodation.  Total amount paid will be forfeited if booking is cancelled prior to check-in.
Full deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled within 28 days prior to date of arrival/check in date.
No refund given if whole or part of booked stay is cancelled within 7 days of arrival/check in or no show.
$30.00 administration fee is charged on any refunds granted.

Conditions of Booking & Occupancy:
1.     All Charges must be paid by Cash, Bank cheque, Credit Card (Visa MCard only), for the full period of the booking
        before occupancy commences.  It is our policy to obtain a security bond in the form of a credit card imprint for
        $200 or $200 cash, refundable on departure. All telephone calls are payable at Reception prior to departure, min 0.80
        per local call.  Internet - dial up  @ $5.50 per 30 minutes    019...  Lost/Replacement keys @ $60.00.
2.     Occupancy starts and finishes on the dates shown on the receipt.
3.     The Guest will be responsible for any damage, breakages and any loss incurred to the apartment or Body Corporate
        property during the term of the occupancy.  The Guest will within 7 days of a demand by the Agent pay to the Agent
        the cost of the replacement or repair (at the discretion of the Agent) of any such item damaged or lost.
4.     The apartment must not be used for any unlawful purpose.
5.      Management does not accept responsibility for any damage to or theft from your vehicle whilst parked within the
         complex and premises. Please ensure vehicles are locked and valuables removed.
6.      At no time during the occupancy by the Guest shall more than the number of persons booked reside overnight at the
         premises, without the prior consent of the agent, whereupon extra charges may be made.
7.      The apartment must be kept clean and all garbage removed or it will attract an additional cleaning charge.
8.      Neither the Body Corporate, the Manager nor the apartment owner is liable for any damage or loss of property that a
         Guest might sustain while on the premises.
9.      The By-laws, rules and regulations of the complex and any reasonable direction of the Manager must be complied
         with.
10.    Where applicable Body Corporate Rules and Regulations shall be complied with.
11.    If a Guest fails to comply after a warning from the Manager the Guest must vacate the premises immediately.
12.    No animals or pets are to be brought onto the premises.
13.    No responsibility is taken for Guests personal property left on the premises.
14.    The Keys to the premises are available from reception at the address shown on the face of this receipt during normal
          office hours, (unless special arrangements have been made beforehand.)
